It's finally the weekend! No homework at night. No setting the alarm. No rushing through my first cup of coffee in the mornings. I can stay up late working around our little house. I can sit on the front porch and listen to crickets and frogs and watch bats dart and swoop above the house. Lydia can practice her dance moves and talk on her phone. I can take time to be thankful for the life that we have.
