I recently saw a recipe for layered cookie bars that I wanted to try. The problem was that they were SO time consuming since you'd have to make several types of dough. Being my typical over-achieving self (haha), I decided to try them using Pillsbury cookie dough for all the layers. It's really simple. I used sugar cookie, oatmeal chocolate chip, peanut butter, and turtle dough...the kind that you just pull apart in the square packages.

I just squished them one on top of the other in a small square pan, and then cooked them at 350 for about 12 minutes. The key is to take them out when they're still too gooey to eat, and then by the next day they're perfect. The original, from-scratch recipe can be found here.
